How long does delivery take?

Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

Yes. You can collect your order from our premises in Germiston. Once your order is ready, contact us to arrange a collection time.

What’s the difference between a base set and mattress only?

A base set is the mattress together with its matching upholstered base and legs, ready to sleep on. Mattress only is the mattress on its own, to fit onto a base or bed frame you already have.

What bed sizes do you offer?

  • Single: 91 cm wide
  • ¾ (three-quarter): 107 cm wide
  • Double: 137 cm wide
  • Queen: 152 cm wide
  • King: 183 cm wide

Standard length is 188 cm, and most ranges are also available in extra length (200 cm).

Can I choose my headboard colour?

Yes. Our designer headboards are made to order in more than 40 fabric colours. Check the colour chart on any headboard and choose your colour when you order.

Do your beds come with a guarantee?

Yes. Every range carries a manufacturer’s guarantee followed by a longer service warranty (for example, a 2-year guarantee and 15-year warranty). The exact cover is listed on each product. Normal wear, stains and damage from misuse or exceeding the weight rating are not covered.
